Hi dear Bernadette, Chippy and family

Well I'm back in England. I have sorted the post, made a few phone calls, been shopping [as fridge empty] had a bath and washed my hair; plus done a load of washing which is now drying in my kitchen .

I now wish I were back with you for a stroll along one of your most beautiful beaches..

I just wanted to email and say thank you so much for everything. I know both Linda and myself felt the same about the place. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable indeed, the area very beautiful. Not to forget to mention how you all made us feel so very welcome. This sounds silly I know, but I did not feel that I was on holiday, but home in your beautiful country and with your wonderful family.

Thank you for our most wonderful leaving present, I have found a home for it near a collection of stones I have, indoors ofcourse.

Again thank you both for everything, picking us up from the airport, taking us back and for the boat trip to Bird Island.

I have been going through a rough time these last few years and memories of the last week will never die, it was the best tonic I could ever hope for.

Thanks once again for your hospitality and service during our stay in Antigua. We very much enjoyed our stay in your apartment at Ellen Bay and we would surely recommend it to any of our friends. The space and accommodations of the apartment and location on the water were very excellent.

We also enjoyed the scenic boat trip with Chippy, Chase and Choy to Bird Island and the reefs around the island. Chippy’s knowledge of the area and the waters gave the trip a personal Antiguan touch! Simone and Evelyn loved to play with Chase and Choy in the water and around the house.
